Return and Refund Policy

• Custom Work Policy:

  • Due to the personalized nature of our animations, we do not offer refunds once the project has been started.

  • If you are unhappy with the final animation, we will provide one free revision within the scope of the original request.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided work has not yet begun.

• File Issues:

  • If there is a problem with the delivered file (e.g., corrupted or not as described), please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.

  • For an additional fee, we can upload your animation to a high-quality digital frame and ship it to you. This is a great way to display your animated artwork at home or gift it to someone special.
